We have been busy getting Sk8Loc8 ready for the mobile world, and the first device to get Sk8Loc8s features on the move is the iPhone.
Open Safari Web Browser in your iPhone and go to www.sk8loc8.com/iphone
* Make sure you have Location Services turned on in your Settings.
You will be prompted to allow Sk8Loc8 to obtain your location. Click OK….
* You can add a Sk8Loc8 icon to your Home Screen by clicking the + (plus icon) and choose ‘Add to Home Screen’.
Sk8Loc8 will now work out where you are and find Skateparks nearby…
Click ‘Show Spots Nearby’ to view nearby Skateparks…
The Skatepark listed is ordered by the closest one, Click one to view it on your Google Maps…
Click ‘Directions’ to get directions….
Google Maps will now work out the route…
This is a very early version of the software, so expect more features soon.

I bought these when i took up Vert Skating, as my Anarchy elbow pads slipped right up my arm when i needed them most, leaving a rather nasty skinless burn right up my arm!
So when the Smith Scabs arrived i was pleased to see that they are well made skateboarding pads. The velcro is of a much better quality than the one that comes on the knee pads, and feels very secure once stuck over.
They are a very comfy fit, cover the necessaries and are very lightweight.
Highly recommended, but check out the Pro-Designed stuff first before making a purchase.
